Chuck has been with Better IT Solution since April of 2015. He oversees our level 2 and critical issues, as well as the company’s technological strategic planning. He enjoys playing disc golf, video games, and playing bass guitar.

Josh joined BITS in 2014. As Ops Manager he strives to keep the company moving as seamlessly as possible. He also manages the Field Technicians and makes sure they have what they need to get the job done. When not working he enjoys playing as much Disc Golf as possible, being terrible at guitar, and watching bad movies with good friends.
William Dean

William is an Elberton Ga. native and the Service Desk Manager at Better IT Solution. His hobbies are tinkering with small computers, learning about old tech, and video game history. He is currently working on his A+ certification and will start his Security + certification training soon. He has a networking specialist diploma from Athens Tech.

Matt is a native of Clarkesville, GA and holds an Associate Degree from North Georgia Technical College in Web Applications Development. Matt also has a CompTIA A+ Certification and CIW User Interface Design Certification. He is working on his Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering.

Christian is a native to Habersham County Ga, where he has lived his entire life. Growing up, he loved playing video games and tinkering with electronics. This hobby developed into an interest in IT. He joined Better IT Solution in 2022. He enjoys learning about new software and technology and applying that knowledge to his endeavors.
Jeffrey Teng - Contractor

Jeffrey is a resident of Toccoa, Ga and joined the BITS team in 2020. He currently serves in the U.S Marine Corps Reserve as a Personnel Retrieval and Processing Specialist. He is also attending WGU in pursuit of his Cyber Security Degree. He enjoys working out, playing video games, and spending time with family.

Melissa is a resident of Royston, GA, where she has lived most of her life. She developed a love for graphics-drawing in 2015 and went on to pursue a career that was once just a hobby. She joined the BITS team in 2021 and helps with marketing and all graphic design needs. She enjoys farm life, anything to do outside and spending time with her family.
